Microsoft tells me that they have sent me email with a code that I need. It doesn't arrive, either at Comcast mail, or via my email client. MS quotes my correct address. Not in spam/junk folders. I've tried many times. My contacts with others are coming through just fine. What can block a specific sender from my inbox?
The only thing I can suggest is that you contact Comcast security and see if there is some blocking issue going on------------------

The only thing I can think would be if you had set up a filter to either block it or redirect it to another address. Can you give them some other, non-Comcast address you have like Yahoo or Gmail or something to see if the same thing happens?
