Exactly what does the bounce message say?  Redact any email address in it.

As a test, do you have some other, non-Comcast, email account like Gmail or Yahoo?  If so, try sending from there to the same email address, and see if the same thing happens.

I have done that with my gmail and it goes through just fine.

My problem is still not solved. I haven't been home for the past few days. I need to call comcast as I know they are working on it.
