Re: email

Are youusing only the webmail with a browser, or a client like Outlook or Thunderbird or something else?  What shortcuts?

Re: email

Keyboard shortcuts. I used to be able to move an email for isntance by hitting "M" then a list of folders came up.

Also "MS" marked as spam and moved to SPAM folder. CRL+Q showedthe available email keyboard shortctus.

This are an accessiblilty issue as I can't click a mouse or drag to a folder. R was reply . MU - mark unread. ANd so forth.

My folders used to have colors . those dissapeared.

I know many people do not use keyboard shortcuts , but those of us who do really rely in them.

This is discrimination against persons with handicaps.

Thank you for getting back to m.

Re: email

I am trying to find out if there is going to be a set of shortcuts in Appsuite.  When I find out I'll try to get back in here to let you know.  In the meantime, desktop clients like Outlook, Thunderbird and Mac Mail all have their own table of shortcuts.  So you might want to conisder using one of those.

Re: email

Hello Latoque,

I have an Outlook account for work, but that dosn not help me with Comcast emails. I thank you for any follow up .

I access Comcast email from my Comcast account and I assume that goes through a browser .

Re: email

The information I am getting indicates there is no immediate plan to use shortcuts in the Appsuite software.  So all I can suggest is that you use a desktop client like Outlook, Thunderbird or something like that.  The clients have their own sets of keyboard shortcuts.  Or, you could auto-forward your Comcast email to another email provider like Outlook.com, Gmail or Yahoo ----------they also have their own sets of shortcuts.  I don't know why Appsuite doesn't have them.
