I can't access my secondary email. I follow the links in support and they don't have the links I'm instructed to click.
Go to my.xfinity.com homepage. Scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page. In the left column you should see I WANT TO then click on Check Email & Voicemail. Sign in with your secondary email username [email@example.com] and password.
Same issue here
I can log in fine to my primary account, I can see all my secondary accounts, I can open those folders but the last messages update was 11/08 and none of the secondaries will update any new messages since then but the primary is working fine. Does this on both W10 PC and iPhone??
