For some reason today when I try to login to my email on my home computer a box pops up asking if I want to allow this website to open an app on your computer? from: https://xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net/ Then my choice is allow or cancel. If I hit cancel it just goes to blank screen. If I hit allow it says no app is recognized.
I have tried to go through Internet Explorer and Chrome and both are saying this. Help?
