Can't open the body of my new emails?????
We are having the same problem- two accounts, 5 devices, no email service.
same here. Very frustrating...............
Not only have I been unable to download email content, I just tried using the chat feature to report the issue and discovered it's not working either.
I am having the same problem.
I delted the xfinity app and then downloaded it again.....still won’t load the body of existing emails nor does it show that any have been received since 3:12 this afternoon.
