My email has been hacked. I changed my password today. In checking my settings I found a discrepancy. The username in the servers is different than my username. It is [myemail]@email@example.com. However I can't edit my imap and smtp server information. They are grayed out. Where as my username is [myemail]@comcast.net. Is the *oxuser legit. And why can't I edit this information.
Just saw the same thing for my account " *firstname.lastname@example.org" follows my correct username. Has anyone from Xfinity answered this for you? I am waiting on my third round of Xfinity Help who is supposedly "looking into this for me"
