My xfinity email sync (email@example.com) with my iPhone 6 broke on Friday and will no longer sync. It appears that it is tied to the timing of the new xfinity email rollout. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it?
It depends on what you mean by "won't sync". Are you not receiving emails? Or can you not send or what? Are you getting any error messages?
I am no longer receiving emails on my iphone. My gmail account works fine so it is limited to my comcast email account. No error messages.
Then try deleting the account from the phone, then recreate it again from scratch. Let the phone auto-configure it for you.
