I'm having the same issue. In fact the homepage takes forever to load & longer for mail. I tried resetting the modem & restarting computer but that did nothing. I'm sick of this *hit! Anyone have any other ideas?
This issue with very slow email has been going on since they "upgraded" or changed their email system. They seem to be genuinely ignoring everyone as though there is no issue. Too bad it is so difficult to find options to comcast in general. Without real options, they are simply a monopoly with no accountability. I suggest that you change your email to another supplier like Google or Microsoft. At least you have options for your email! You can also forward your comcast email to another account at a better provider!
