I have continued to use comcast email for past year after i moved. I no longer have xfinity acct. Cannot get support to open emails...although still recieving them. Purchased a new computer had to use password which I forgot. Reset several times but still says acct. offline. Is there no way I can Get access to my emails?
If you had signed into the account within 90 days of canceling service you should be able to continue using the email as long as you sign in at least once every 9 months. That policy started about a year or so ago. You could call Comcast security and see if they can get you sorted out----------------
