email not receiving one address

email not receiving one address

I can send and email to the address and it is received.  When a reply is sent, my email will not receive it.

Did you check to see if it's going to the Spam folder?  If not, check to see if you have a filter set up to block or otherwise route that sender.  Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then on Settings>>>>>Filter rules.  If it's not that either, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender-------------------------
