I can login to all parts of my account except email. It says my browser is outdated. I.E. 11 on Windows 10. Same thing happens on Edge. Mozilla firefox works but it is not my preferred browser.
Please make sure that you have compatibility mode in Edge browser turned off and the Comcast and Xfinity are not listed in the compatibility lists.
Compatibility view is not on. Have tried clearing cache and history, it didn't help this matter. Is there a fix or not? I see many others had same problem and said one day it just started working again.
