my employer is an spectrum customer and we are having some issues sending/receiving emails
is this a common issue and can it be resolved? he has contacted spectrum and they tell him it is
on my comcast end. i have a correspondence email that i can forward to someone.
Can you clarify---------what connection is there between your Comcast account and Spectrum? Do you mean you are trying to send emails from a work account? Or trying to send from your Comcast account while at work or what?
