email can't get

Can't get into email.  Click on email icon on Xfinity home page, then sign in with user name and password.  Next get the cycling three dots for a long time never getting to email list.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
