I have a trusted sender asking for authentication to sign in. The address they are sending from is email@example.com and comcast is blocking it and it is no longer allowing me to log in on their site. It is the only way they can confirm me and allow me to sign in again, it will also not allow me to use their forgot password feature as it is sent by this or a similar address. It has been sent a few times in the past and it worked fine, I need it allowed so I can sign in to their site again. I have checked all settings and the spam folder. I have spam filter and save copy check marked. I even tried setting a filter rule for their email address and also tried the safe list and nothing has worked. Please let me know what to do, thnx.
You need to call Comcast security about this. They handle any blocking issues---------------
