The last couple of times I checked my Xfinity inbox, the most recent messages showing are from August 25th (today it's December 26th). This morning I discovered, after paying my bill, that ALL incoming messages are being routed to the Spam folder, and subsequently deleted.
Why is this happening? How do I counteract it?
Hello JEFF070204, it sounds like you have a rule set up that routes your incoming emails to your spam folder but to be sure I will look further into this on my end. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, username, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
