I am receiving e-mail on my computer.  We have two cell phones that have not received e-mail since 3/12/18.

Which make/model phones do you have?  Are you using the Xfinity Connect mobile app?  Up to date?  Have you tried uninstalling/installing it?  Have you checked the app's Settings to verify you're still logged in to the proper account?  Probably other things to check as well, but enough for now.
