We moved from California to Kentucky and I was informed by Comcast we could still use our e-mail address. Today I received a message saying my account needed updating or I would lose service in 24 hours. When I clicked on the link, a red screen came up with a warning not to proceed. What do I do now?
This is not a real message from Comcast. Mark it as spam and don't follow the link farther.
You Comcast email address will stay active indefinitely as long as you use it at least once every nine months.
