e mail problems

not receiving e-mails since 8/16/2019 getting send receive messages

To clarify-----------you can send but not receive?  Is it only from certain senders or anyone at all?  If you send yourself a test message from some other account like Gmail or Yahoo, does it get through OK?  Are you using only the webmail and your browser to access your email or something else?

I did not receive any emails between ~8:50 AM and 1:00 PM CDT today. I did not try to send any emails during that time, so I don't know if outgoing mail was affected. I missed an online meeting because the link was included in the missed email. I was able to send and receive after 1:00 PM. The missing emails were not present on Microsoft Office 365 nor on the Comcast Mail service. Where are they? How do I find them?
