Will Comcast (Xfinity) ever contact me by email? I received an email from "Xfinity My Account". The starting line said" we see a conection issue with your service".... I have not opened the email wondering if its a genuine message from Comcast. What say you?
Hi petergallucci1 -- Emails with that header are sent out when we've detected signal leakage at your residence. We send that email out as an alert to check your connections and to contact us to schedule a tech to correct that issue. Please let us know if you'd like us to get that scheduled and we'll help you out.
