duplicate email

We are receiving one email multiple times a day.  It was originally sent in December but for the last week or so it has been coming in multiple times.  The sender is not resending it and no other emails are being duplicated.  Is there a way to have it removed from the server or just get it to stop coming in.

Probably the easiest way would be to set up a filter to discard the message before it gets to the Inbox folder.  Are you using only the Comcast webmail interface, or a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird, or are you on a tablet or what?
