Hi! I am struggling with this new comcast email format. I am recieving double emails and when I try to delete any email, it deletes the body of the email but it still shows in my list of new emails. I hope this is making sense. It's driving me crazy!!
Sign out of the account and then back in again. Does anything change? Also, clear out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
