I'm primary on my account. We have a new user in the household and I want to add them to our Comcast service. I created a new user account and now need to create an email address for them. I have attempted to search for answers but to no avail. The Xfinity chatbot just gives the same 4 answers no matter how I phrase the question. Any suggestions? I can't believe it is this difficult to do something that should be so simple.
