First, open the address book from the Inbox page.  On the landing page click on the Group icon in the toolbar.  It looks like 3 people bunched together.  Name and add the group.  Once it's in the left folder pane, drag and drop contacts from the listing to the group folder.

 

After that's done, go back to the Inbox page and click on "Compose".  Start typing the group name in the To: or other fields and it will populate it with the names in the group.  Write your email and send.  For more information see here----------------
