comcast.net e-mail address not receiving from our organization

comcast.net e-mail address not receiving from our organization

Our organization with domain "nsgsil.org"

sends notices to our members 

Some of our members with comcast.net addresses

never receive our messages.  There is no bounce back or fail message on our sending log.

Can you help or explain, please.

Call Comcast security.  They handle blocking issues-------------
