Agree it is not totally fixed. I can receive email from my other email addresses, and from other sites, such as bank, Amazon, but when I send an email from a comcast.net address to my email it takes up to an hour to show up. It seems as if emails from comcast.net to another comcast.net address are delayed.

As stated by ComcastNicole, there was service interruption that affected multiple customers last week. This should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing issues please reach out through a private email providing your first and last name and the street address and phone number associated with your services and we can get this escalated.
