Can you clarify---------do you mean Outlook the desktop client or Outlook.com the webmail app? And how are you accessing your email------------on a computer with a browser and the webmail, or on a mobile device or what?
I have the web Outlook mail app on a laptop with wifi. I tried to delete the mail app by deleting the address, but doing that also deleted all email on my Xfinity account.
This is a bit confusing. Forget Outlook for a minute. Sign into your account using only the Comcast webmail and your browser. Send yourself a test email from some non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo or Gmail or something. Does it arrive OK? When signed into the Comcast account, are all your emails and folders there?
