cannot access email through the xfinity website

cannot access email through the xfinity website

This is the 3rd day that I am unable to access my email.  Today I went ahead and changed my password, verified through a backup email account and had them text me a code.  I guess I can give a retina scan if that will help?  Not sure what else to do.  When I click on the little envelope, I just see the 3 dots blinking, it doesn't go any further.  Anyone who has had this or knows how to fix, I'd appreciate it.
