For the last few months, my e-mails have been disappearing from one of my comcast e-mail accounts after 30 days. I am on the "appsuite" version. I have tried looking in folders but can't locate them. How do I stop this from happening?
Do you have the account enabled on more than one device? If so, are the messages missing from all of them? To the left of "My folders" did you click on the small black arrowhead to expand any nested folders?
