When Windows crashed and I had to reinstall, my address book on XFINITY connect seemed to disappear. I can access it if I click on the people icon on the far right of the "to" bar
but I cannot create groups, or add or delete individual addresses. Can I import my gmail address book or sync them together? Help would be appreciated.
If you can still see your address book using that "people" icon, it hasn't gone anywhere. It's still there. Windows crashing would not have any effect on your Comcast address book. It's a webpage, not a program on your computer. If you sign into your account using only a browser and the webmail interface, can you see "Address Book" on the Inbox page? If you click on that, does your address book not appear?
