I've contacted Comcast 8 or more times trying to find out why my connection attempts to Xfinity fail or take so long EVERY time. They have not proved helpful. This is especially irksome when trying to connect to my comcast.net email account. Does anyone else in the Indianapolis area have this issue or has anyone solved the problem? FYI my wifi equipment and cable modem are very current. The cable modem is connected to one of Comcast's older satellite tv boxes.
What have you tried so far? Did you try clearing cache/browsing history in your browser, or using a different browser?
