Xfinity is changing email addresses to all lowercase

Xfinity is changing email addresses to all lowercase

I have been trying to send an email to someone who has capital letters in their email address (before the domain name for example Firstname.Lastname@company.org). Each time, Xfinity changes it to all lowercase. Even if I put the correct email address in the address book, Xfinity changes it to all lowercase. How can I fix this so I know my emails will be received?

Email addresses are not case sensitive like passwords are, so no need to worry.
