Having same problem -- cannot sign-in to email.   I had this issue 2 weeks ago and it turned out to be "a national issue".

Email Won't Load

I used to get an error message asking me to stop scypt.  Now I no longer get that but it takes FOREVER to load my email from the Infinity home page.  Running Windows 10 and Firefox, be gentle I am old and not very knowledgable

Same here.  I'm getting a "Bad Gateway" error even when I try to sign in in order to post in these forums.  Cat Sad

Having same issues, some times I get an error message, some times I get in. Overall the system is very slow. My experience is that the system has been slow since the changes to our email. So far not impressed.

Same problems as others, intermittent all day.   Normally not dependable, but today is even worse.

Same issues and I'm losing patience. I use this email address for my business and it's been down for at least 2-3 hours now. Please fix!

Am also getting Error reading from remote server msg.   Ugh!  My husband is in the hospital & now I can't access the notes I've been taking in emails!!!   Grrr....  = \

No time frame right now, but we are working on it. Will update, once I have more info.

When trying to log in to my Comcast email, it either circles and goes right back to the home page or I get this message

 

Bad Gateway!

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /login.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

I am having similar issues.  At first, the home page just kept launching another home page in another tab.  Then I started getting the below intermittently.

I have no issues getting to the home page or seeing the email icon tell me how many emails that I have.

This is so unprofessional.  This happened last week too.  Where are the checks and balances to make sure our email isn't getting hacked?  You charge so much for your services and we get this type of feedback?  BTW, if you have it on your iphone, you can still access your mail just not on the regular internet.  Unknown if sending emails is working.

ComcastFrancisc:  THANK YOU for pinning, right at the top.  My geographical location is a suburb 35 miles west of Chicago, IL.  Is this a National E-Mail outage?

 

I am getting Bad Gateway!; Error 502; mentions "Apache" (server, I presume), sign-in, etc.  I and other Forum Members had been posting about a similar matter beginning more than a week ago.  For some of us, we got some new and different  E-Mail log-in (sign-in) page.  We nickname it "The Blue Monster Screen."  Check out my posts and replies; also, another Forum Member's, wymi.  wymi included a screenshot of "The Blue Monster Screen."  While this was not the erroneous screen sign-in problem today, it may have been a huge forewarning of things to come SOON--(obviously, currently).

 

The screens I got today were what I verbalized above--Bad Gateway!  etc.

 

To make things even more difficult for Comcast Customers, Agents in Comcast call centers (anywhere in the world--i.e. Philippines) do not know how to look up global type problems about the e-mail (sign-in and/or other e-mail malfunctions).  They are having Customers re-set their modems; change their user names and passwords, etc., etc.  Can Comcast, somehow, inform all the Comcast Call Centers Agents--including that none of their suggestions, troubleshooting is  going to fix the Customers' problems?

 

Lastly, do you have an estimated time when your company expects this to be repaired?

Yeah, this is what I'm getting now. Email was fine this morning and then suddenly it started redirecting me back to the home screen and now just the bad gateway message. This is so annoying given the cost of services and it just keeps happening.

My personal account, a co-worker's personal account, and one of the owner's accounts is giving us the Bad Gateway/error reading from remote server error.  We are in South New Jersey.

I've been having email issues all day. Why can't Comcast do an automated phone message to the customers who are affected by this issue? Surely they have our phone numbers...I better get a credit for this outage and the inconvenience.

Unable to log in to my Xfinity email.  Here's the error message:

Can't get on email.  Message says "Bad Gateway" and error #502.  My email hasnt been working good since the 'big" change.  Today is first day I have received this message.

Same problem as the others.  Can't get into email through laptop, but was able to get in through mobile app.  First got the bad gateway message, now get failure count and redirected to home page.

We have been having trouble since mid-morning as well. At first it just didn't load, then we were redirected back to the home page. Now this:

I cannot access my email.

 

I have received different errors, the most recent being:

 

HTTP ERROR: 404

Problem accessing /login. Reason:

    Not Found

This is the second time in a week I have had trouble getting into my email. Today I get the message "bad gateway" I don't know what you people are doing but fix it fast if you want to keep me as a customer. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

bad gateway error 502 cannot access e-mail

I am unable to sign-in and access our e-mail.  I have tried several times and continue to receive a "bad gateway, error 502" message.  I am able to access e-mail on Iphone and tablet.  Help, please.
