I am a client of TCF Bank and Comcast - yet! No matter what I do, the CC spam filter is blocking firstname.lastname@example.org which are two form authentication emails that ALWAYS end up in the Comcast spam folder! I whitelisted the email address, and level 2 had me create a rule for this address, but still goes directly into SPAM! What gives?
The Comcast email software has no provision for a whitelist/blacklist function. Setting your own filter wouldn't have any effect on spam because all incoming emails have to hit the spam filtering system before they get to your filters. Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain------------
