The address book is now empty how do I get those addresses back.

Hi, braddblk - Please send me a private message with your name, address, phone number and I will investigate your address book issue further. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me.
I clicked on the private msg as you asked and it loaded a page that has a private msg box but the only thing I could click on was a search box above the msg box. Tried several times.
@braddblk - The private messaging feature is turned off on your account. I escalate this issue to my management and as soon as I get a reply back - I will let you know. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I clicked on private but this is where it ended up. Something is messed up with the messaging.
I clicked on the link to where you sent my msg and it said I didn't have access to it.
