WHY WEBMAIL NO WORK?

Your webmail currently receives incoming e-mails, but does not allow me to reply to incoming messages or send new ones.  PLEASE FIX - THIS DOESN'T REALLY WORK FOR ME.

Exactly what happens when you try to use "Reply"?  Are you getting any error message? 
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

No error message - just sits there and sits there.  I will try your recommendations.

Also, can you reply to the person just composing a new email without using the Reply button?

This worked. After I cleared my browsing history for the past 7 days, got out of Chrome and went back in, the outgoing e-mail features started working again.  Thanks.
