I haven't been able to access my contact for several weeks now. The error message attached, says to wait 30 seconds and try again. Knowing Comcast, I waited several days, now almost 3 weeks later, I still can't access my contacts. I would appreciate any ideas or possible solutions.

403: Could not sign user in.
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser. See if that changes anything.
