After a long maze of resetting passwords through different emails, I finally accessed my account. Everything seems to be in order but one thing, I am completely unable to access my email. When on the home page of the Xfinity website, I click on the email button, and a new tab opens. But rather than it pulling up my email, it redirects me to https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=xfinityconnecttocomcastnet which seems to just be the home page. I've been looking this up and have had no luck whatsoever. I use a new email now, but I need to access this one due to it being linked with another website. I've tried logging into the Xfinity Connect app, but when I try to check my emails there, it says they're doing maintenance, however, I know that isn't true because I'm able to access the email to my other Xfinity account. I've tried clearing my web browsers cache, and using a different browser. Obviously, I've had no luck. Any help is appreciated.
