I have been unable to access a web site in Australia via Comcast's network:
I have no trouble reaching other sites, and I have verified with other Comcast customers in PA and NJ that they are also unable to reach the site. A traceroute to members.iinet.net.au hangs after the 4th hop:traceroute to members.iinet.net.au (188.8.131.52), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets

I tried chatting with online support, who persisted in blaming my computer. Anyone who knows networking would recognize this as a ROUTING issue. Can someone please address this?
Additional info. I telnetted to the route server in NY, which was also unable to reach the site:
Translating "members.iinet.net.au"...domain server (22.214.171.124) (126.96.36.199)
Type escape sequence to abort.
