No resolution or calls after several calls have been made to Comcast to find missing folders on my email. The folders are showing up on my cell phone and also got copied onto my gmail account - copied from Xfinity/Comcast. But still are not on my email. It has been over six months and no calls or emails, no resolution obviously has happened. This is so strange that this problem cannot be fixed?? And no one wants to look at my gmail where the folders exist!! Hoping that someone can understand this dilema. I have had to stop using Comcast email service becuase of this problem.
The folders are not showing up in your email exactly where? Do you mean using a browser and the webmail interface or what? Is the account set up in a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird? Are you looking at a desktop or laptop computer? You need to provide better information.
