How can I get the information about this e-mail error to someone at Comcast who can look at it intelligently?
It was happening with the same address a few days ago and I spent a over an hour and a half on the phone with support people at Comcast and gave up. (The last person of four that I talked to, who said he was second level, was trying to convince me that this wasn't a Comcast address, Comcast wasn't sending the error. I tried to explain service accounts to him.)
This is an e-mail buddy, we usually write daily and sometimes more; we've sent a number of e-mails since the first time I saw this problem. The error is back (four of them, one every few hours throughout the night) and the person didn't get the e-mail that is causing the error.
