I am using comcast for my email. How do I stop mail being sent to the spam folder when I did not designate the mail as spam? It looks like the program is attempting to identify span but is mistaking my want to keep mail as spam. I have repeatedly removed the mail from the spam folder by selecting "not spam" and sending the mail to the inbox. How do I stop having mail being marked as spam unless I say it is spam? Thank you.
