How does Xfinity decide what goes into my Spam folder? When I check on the Xfinity webmail site, I see messages there that are NOT spam. How can I choose to have these go directly into my Inbox?
When legitimate emails get snagged by the Spam filters, you need to keep marking them as Not Spam. That will help "train" the filters as to what you do or do not consider junk. That can take time and a lot of markings.
