Spam won't shut off

I have spam filtering shut off but email from "Nextdoor" neighborhood site is being sent to Spam folder. How do I make sure I get all my email?

Try this---------


Turn the Spam filter back on.  Then turn it back off again.  Then sign out of the account and back in again.  Does it still happen?
