My Comcast email address is being used as contact information by somebody I don't know.
Does anyone know or can someone from Comcast help me resolve this? Are there any steps I can take to stop this person from using my email address? I'm getting emails from businesses he does business with and now I'm getting a constant stream of spam. I have the person's name and address. I've tried to contact the person and can't get a response. I did trade emails with a high school booster club person who knows the person. I explained the siuation and asked him to have the person contact me. No response to that request either.
I don't want to change my email address since I've used it for many years and it's tied to most of my stuff.

I contacted Comcast Cusotmer Security Assurance and opened a Level 2 ticket. They contacted the person to let him know he needed to update the email address he was providing as contact information for his personal matters. I was asked to send them email I received that included his personal information to start the process.
