Starting at 1pm on 3/15/18, no emails have downloaded to my Xfinity account. When I logon to Xfinity, I get a server error and it lists "No Mail" instead of the 100k+ emails I have saved. The message I get is "an error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling this request" when I try to update the email. I can SEND messages just fine and all of my sent emails are there, just ZERO Inbox emails. I have chatted with representatives 2 times and all they can say is they will escalate it. It's like my Inbox is corrupted. Could someone on the Comcast IT side please look into this? My other Comcast email is working fine...it was down for a little bit yesterday but came back with no issues.
