I have to sign in each time even tho the box is checked to keep me signed in?

  • Don't log out.
  • Don't use Private Browsing when you log in.
  • Make sure your browser accepts Comcast and Xfinity cookies and retains them between sessions.
  • If you use any sort of "system tuneup" software make sure it is not set to delete cookies.

Hi rh70, the information that (BruceW) provided is very helpful when trying to stay signed into your computer. If you're having issues staying signed into the app the trouble shooting process is a little different. Can you please clarify if you're trying to stay signed into the website or your Xfinity apps?
