Cannot access my Sent folder in email, nor are copies of emails that I send going to Sent folder.... everything else seems to be fine. Suggestions??? Solutions???

Are you still in the old email format or the new one? To tell, look at the URL in the address bar. If it says Zimbra you are in the old one, if it says Appsuite you are in the new one.

Then what is your question? You are responding to a thread that has been inactive for 3 months. How are you accessing your email? Using only a browser and the webmail interface, or a desktop client or a mobile app or what?
