Selection Box Too Sensitive

In the past week, I have noticed a significant change in the usability of Comcast email.  The selection boxes are so sensitive that instead of marking emails for deletion, often they are opening to be read.  Also, in the past several months, the speed of the email system has slowed dramatically.  Email is becoming so frustrating to use that I am considering changing providers after 20+ years of Comcast service.  I would appreciate any input on this matter.

If you can, use an email client instead of the web interface.  It's much faster and gives you more options and control.

Comcast contacted me and the agent reset my email account.  This issue appears to be resolved.  Thanks, Comcast!
