Has anyone else lost many many email addressses with the change over to the new interface? I called Support and was told their records showed 175 of my email addresses were migrated over, but I only have 84 - and all but 2 are in a status of 'collected addresses'. What this means is that they don't appear in the Address Book - I've got to go into each one and individually add it to the Address Book. Well, that only answers where less than half of the addresses are - their 'third level' support says there is nothing that can be done, and I don't believe it. SOMEWHERE in the cloud Comcast has these backed up - does anyone here know how to reach a truly experienced person in support?
"Collected addesses" can contain contacts that may or may not have been in the address book. Depending on how you have it enabled in your settings it will remember any address that you actually send an email to even if it never was in the address book. I'm going to see if I can get a Comcast employee in here to look at your account.
